Back to Upload ยท Privacy Policy
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Multicam Pipeline (the "Service"). By uploading media, submitting jobs, or downloading outputs, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded content and rendered outputs. You grant the Service a limited, revocable license to host, process, transcode, and store content solely to provide requested functionality.
3. Permissions, Rights, and Consent
- You must own or have all rights needed for uploaded content, including music and third-party media.
- You must have any legally required consent from people shown or heard in your videos.
- You are responsible for permissions related to minors, team media, and event footage.
4. Prohibited Use
- Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content.
- Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection laws.
- Attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Service security controls.
- Use of the Service for surveillance, harassment, or unlawful profiling.
5. Peer Sharing and Public Distribution
If you share rendered outputs with teammates, peers, or publicly, you are solely responsible for compliance with platform rules, licenses, and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Processing and Quality
The Service uses automated methods (for example synchronization, analysis, and rendering). Output quality may vary with source footage. We do not guarantee perfect synchronization, uninterrupted uptime, or error-free processing.
7. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, legal requirements, abuse, or security risk. We may remove content that appears to violate policy or law.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
For policy or legal questions, contact your service administrator or product owner.
